   Scott is a Broker, Realtors® Land Institute member, and a LoopNet member, who has been in the Real Estate business since 2003.  He has experience with Residential, Commercial and Industrial land, and  has helped facilitate several successful 1031 exchanges.  He has had 35 million dollars in sales since 2003.

   Scott has a Bachelor's Degree in Production Agriculture from Illinois State University, and has been an independent farmer since 1994.

   Scott has been a guest member of the Society of Exchange Counselors. 

   He is a member of Yorkville Economic Development Corporation (YEDC) in the United City of Yorkville, Illinois.

   Scott is married with two children.

   Tony has 26+ years of governmental experience with 5 yrs as City Manager for two communities, City of Rochelle, IL and United City of Yorkville, IL. As City Administrator for Yorkville his experience with comprehensive planning for the community prepared the City for growth and development for a future population of 60,000.

   Tony's knowledge of the governmental process is an asset for specializing in Transition Land. Tony retired from public employment June 2006 currently focusing on commercial, industrial and master plan community entitlement, along with real estate sales.

   Tony has a B. A. degree from Lewis University in Criminal Justice. He had 22 years law enforcement experience with 15 years as Chief of Police. Tony currently resides in Yorkville with his wife Michelle and his three children Jessica, Justin and Laura. He is active in the newly formed Yorkville Optimist Club as a charter board member and Tony was an active board member with the Fox Valley YMCA for 10 yrs.  He is also a member of Yorkville Economic Development Corporation (YEDC) in the United City of Yorkville, Illinois.

    A graduate of Illinois State University, where he majored in Agribusiness, Garrett now lives in Rossville and where he has farmed for 10 years in northern Vermilion county.  He raises cattle along with his corn and soybean production.  He married a school teacher and they have three sons.  Garrett is a volunteer fireman and is also on the local youth baseball board.

   Garrett specializes in central Illinois agricultural real estate.
