Scott has been in the Real Estate business since 2003. He has experience with Agricultural, Commercial and Industrial land, and has facilitated many successful 1031 exchanges. Scott has a Bachelor’s Degree in Production Agriculture from ISU and is a fourth-generation farmer. In addition to real estate, Scott is a licensed auctioneer and a certified personal property appraiser.
Colleen Long joined the real estate business in 2005 and obtained her Broker’s License in 2010. Colleen has experience in residential properties, as well as agricultural and transitional land. While her focus is managing the office and overseeing day-to-day operations, she also runs the farm management division. Colleen is a certified personal property appraiser and a licensed auctioneer in the state of Illinois. Colleen lives in Yorkville with her two children.
